The Sheringham Skate Park is run by a committee, made up of local representatives who serve a range of purposes to the project.

The Committee consists of a minimum of 8 people (including Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary) elected annually by project members, 6 of which must be young people between the ages of 11 and 25 years. Representatives from from the following agencies are also actively involved:

• North Norfolk District Council
• Sheringham Town council
• Norfolk County Council
• Norfolk Police
• Norfolk Youth and Community Service
